Discretion is the heart of what we do. This page sets out, plainly, how we handle the personal information you trust us with. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

From candidates: your CV, career history, contact details, salary expectations, working rights, and what you tell us about where you want to go. From employers: your contact details and what you tell us about your venue and the role you are hiring for.

How we use it

Only to do our job — matching candidates with roles. Candidates are presented to employers anonymously first. A candidate's name and CV are released only with their permission, one opportunity at a time. We never post, publish or circulate CVs, and we never contact a candidate's current employer.

Who we share it with

Prospective employers — with the candidate's consent, and only after the employer has accepted our terms of business. The providers that run our email and website may process information on our behalf in order to deliver those services. We never sell personal information, to anyone.

Keeping it, and deleting it

We keep your information only while you want to be represented by us or while a role is open. Write to us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted — and we will confirm once it is done.
